This machine is a true legend of digital drum engineering.
It was created in 1978 and marketed through late 79 to 83.
It changed how people danced! Fact!!.
It has such a feel to it because of how the drums were sampled into the chips and the filters put upon the sound.
All sounds are tunable panable quantizable, you can sequence and chain patterns together add a crash cymbal board to it. It did have a great hi hat open and closed, some people used to put a long decay effect on it and use it as a crash cymbal itself.
I would recommend it highly to anyone who can afford one second hand, the command very high prices I own one and I am lucky in great condition.
