Thomann - 1 year ago Rating : buyer beware / avoid - this is a pretty poor & dishonest outfit - the customer support is atrocious / non existent - they messed up my order and were unprepared to do anything about it. they do not respond to emails, and it costs to return goods back to germany. worst of all the price quoted on the website in pounds is not what they charge for the goods, it is dependent on the exchange rate they chose to use, which i feel is blatant deception as they do not tell you this, best avoided - shop uk!
