The Wonder Girls is a South Korean girl group. They are produced by singer-songwriter Park Jin-Young and are signed to his talent agency, JYP Entertainment.
Each of the five original members were selected through auditions.
Debuting in early 2007, they became popular in the fall of that year with the song "Tell Me"
Since then they have scored 3 consecutive #1 hit singles with "So Hot" and "Nobody". The Wonder Girls also achieved worldwide recognition when they were selected as one of the Top 8 Girl Groups to Watch Worldwide by Virgin Media.
